To provide a consultant to work with two of the faculty development teams - the group dealing with values through understanding of diverse culture and the group dealing with the integration of history, philosophy, and religion - to redesign experiences for the specified program goals and to develop instructional, counseling/advising, and evaluation skills necessary to help students achieve the required competences.
