To provide secondary school students with college courses in foreign languages through the use of 2-way microwave cable TV. To test the effectiveness a new teaching tool.

To teach high school students college-level French and Russian through the use of interactive or 2-way microwave cable television. College credit will be awarded; course will be available to students at 7 to 10 high schools in the Berks County area.
