To conduct a seminar on human rights and the rights of groups. The seminar will focus on the requirement of the UN charter that members shall promote human rights without distinction as to race, sex, language or religion; and how differentiations are made or proposed in the U.S.; and over the world and how these differentiations relate to the "without distinction" requirement.
