To arrange and describe the fifty year archival collection of the National Council for Social Studies, making it accessible to scholars in a broad range of humanistic disciplines. The materials include unusual sources of data in all fields of the social sciences: history, sociology, economics, geography. A one day conference is planned to explain organization of the collection and to stimulate its use as a research source.
