To produce an editorial work on a history of Puerto Rico (to be translated and published in both English and Spanish editions), a history of the Virgin Islands, and to plan one or more books on the histories of U.S. jurisdictions in the Pacific, including Guam, American Samoa, Wake, the Midway Islands, the U.S. Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, and the Panama Canal Zone.
