In November 2011, the New-York Historical Society will present "Revolution! The Atlantic World Reborn" a major interpretive exhibition and educational initiative with an international traveling component. "Revolution!" brings together a vivid illustration of three globally influential revolutions -- in America, France, and Haiti -- and provides a context for understanding the social upheavals that have shaped contemporary culture and politics. The project includes accompanying educational activities, public programs, online resources, media, and a catalogue. |
