Development of an Integrated Medical Humanities Program in an Osteopathic College

FAIN: EC-*2096-80

University of New England (Biddeford, ME 04005-9599)
Neal A. Cross (Project Director: June 1980 to October 1990)

The College's goal is to train osteopathic family practitioners who will care for patients in a holistic way. To do this successfully, nontraditional methods of medical education -- humanities topics including ethics, ethnic issues, sexuality -- are necesary, for which consultant advice is sought.
