To support development of a new research tool-books which transcribe the frames and motions of films visually and verbally onto still pages for use in film studies courses.

Add a set of eight courses to the present curriculum in film, and to develop new teaching and research tools that transcribe the frames and motions of individual films onto still pages. The new courses are to help secure the humanistic incorporation of film into Universities.
