Pilot Courses for a New Program of Gener al Studies

To test two types of courses -- synoptic courses for freshmen and contemporary issues courses for juniors and seniors -- for inclusion in a revised General Studies program for Lewis and Clark College. The new courses will be interdisciplinary and team-taught and both will involve the basic humanistic disciplines in new relationships.
