A Program to Revitalize the Humanities in General and Lower Division Education

To revise the freshman-sophomore curriculum in the College of Liberal Arts. The curriculum will be divided into three areas: languages of discourse, modes of discovery, and contexts of understanding. Courses will be taught by the theory of praxis - the juxtaposition of theory and practice.
