To complete the fourth volume, in German, of study of Tilmann Riemenschneider, the German sculptor of late 15th and early 16th century. Vol. IV will deal with his late works in wood, and an assessment of Riemenschneider's significance in the change from Late Gothic style to the absorption of Renaissance ideas. A summarized English edition of Riemenschneider’s works will also be prepared.
