FAIN: FA-11574-76

To study the relationship between social and political equality. The thesis of the work will be that social equality cannot be justified in and of itself, but that a certain extent of social equality is the necessary foundation of political equality. The study will demonstrate what aspects of social and economic organization require major change to support the establishment of more politically egalitarian institutions, thus establishing the necessary linkage between the two kinds of equality.
