To execute the draft of a book, the main argument of which will, support the Kantian position. Basic to this argument is a distinction between implicit and explicit rationality and the claim that the principles on which an explicitly rational being acts must satisfy Kant's initial rendering of the Categorical Imperative: "Act only according to that maxim by which you can at the same time will that it should become a universal law (of nature that others so act)."
