This study intended as a format for a course, is designed to do two things: 1) review the types of environmental problems that are becoming evident and speculate on teh role of international law in dealing with them; and 2) present a concise survey of the kind of agencies involved in the evolution and enforcement of international legal norms. The work will be primarily descriptive, intergrative and interpretive.
