To finish collecting the public statements of the Spanish writer Ramon del Valle-Inclan (1866-1936) as found in numerous interviews and speeches. This material will be useful in assessing Valle-Inclan's writing as he evolved toward an engage position during the dictatorship of Miguel Primo de Rivera in the twenties. More generally it will lay the basis for evaluating the relationship between a writer's publish stance on the issues of the day and his rendering of the reality in literature.
