To support an exhibit that explores the special place of the child in Indian culture through a thematic interpretation of several thousand craft objects rarely seen outside of India. Entitled "A Celebration of Life," the exhibit opens in 1981 in Wash., D.C. and will travel to three other U.S. cities.
