To install in the Lowell Museum of Lowell, Massachusetts, an interpretive exhibit and to develop an accompanying educational program for the purpose of explaining the evolution and significance of the Nation's first planned industrial city. The project will be viewed by local residents, students, and Bicentennial visitors.
