To plan a special exhibition "Charting the North Pacific Voyages and Explorations of Captain George Vancouver" which will emphasize an interdisciplinary approach through the use of historical materials associated with Vancouver, his age and his associates. Grant will support research and consultation for exhibit and catalog, preliminary design and layout, and travel and consultation necessary to arrange for exhibition materials. The exhibit will travel. There will be a coordinated program of lectures and media presentation.
