To produce two films exploring the history, culture and changing circumstances of one Ozark county, Shannon County, Missouri. This new approach to local history will capture the nature of a region fast becoming a cosmopolitan rather than a rural living environment: the Ozarks and the Ouchita region to the southwest have the most rapid population growth of any non-metropolitan region.
