An eight state program for Arkansas, Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee will develop and present one or more programs in each state making the humanities such as history, literature, and philosophy more accessible to blue-collar and lower level white-collar workers.
