To develop a humanities program for disabled, truant, delinquent and drop-out youth which will encourage them to examine prevailing cultural values vis a vis their own.

To formulate and disseminate public policies and programs designed for learning disabled, truant, delinquent and drop-out youth. A humanities program for this population will encourage them to explore their own potentials for self-realization through the study of creative Americans.
