To involve predelinquent youths in programs to develop their skills in oral history and to understand the history of their own community, a unique fishing village near the Canadian border.

To involve 100 predelinquent youths in programs to develop their knowledge and skills in the humanities; increase feelings of self-worth; aid them in making dicisions about their future careers; and help them to understand their own community, a unique fishing village.
