To enable youth to interview members of their communities to expand awareness of existing links with individuals, institutions and communities outside the USA, and thus awareness of local/transnational interdependence.

To carry out firsthand assessments of the local/transnational links of their respective local communities (in Western New York). Interviewees from all sectors of community life will be asked to respond to questions regarding values, attitudes, and transnational contacts.
