To prepare a major addition to the Papers of William Livingston .the Revolutionary War and Postwar governor of New Jersey. The addition consist5 of two recently discovered letterbooks of Governor Livingston for 1778-1780 containing 4-18 letters. Missing for more than a century, the letters represent a major discovery of Revolutionary War records.
