To produce a precise yet fluent translation of a major source of the Hua Yen School of Chinese Buddhism. Fa Tsang's Hsiu Hua Yen to Chih Wang Chin Huan Yuan Kuan (Cultivation of the Meditation of the Inner Meaning of the Hua Yen. Ending Confusion and Returning to the Source.) This work will draw on essential elucidations of major commentators, including as appendix the related Wu Chisfe Chih Kuan (Tranquility and Contemplation in the Five Teachings), and an extensive introduction.
