To assist in supporting the quadrennial International Congress on Archives in Wash. D.C. in 1976. The theme of the Congress will be "The Archival Revolution of Our Time", and will review the progress in gathering, controlling, preserving and making available government records over the past 200 years, and the progress that is now projected towards further control through technical advance^ and further public use of official records through archival education programs
