To excavate a well-preserved medieval site at Capalbiaccio, Italy. These excavations will aim at the reconstruction of the lifestyle of a small community in the Middle Ages in central Italy. Survey will study flora and fauna as well as material culture and will provide one of the largest samples of information on settlement patterns to be found in Italy.
