Forms and Genres of Religious Literature in Late Antiquity

To begin work on a facsimile form encyclopedia of the forms and genres of religious literature in late Western antiquity. During the grant period, work will involve a catalog, compilation of texts to be studied, compilation of bibliographies on primary and secondary sources and the detailed formal and structural analysis of the works themselves. Jewish, Christian, Gnostic and other Graeco-Roman religious will be covered.
