To collect, edit, and prepare for publication information on Third World programs and resources in American universities and colleges. Listings of specialists and scholars, relevant graduate theses, and a guide to financial aid available for specialized study will be compiled. These Third World bibliographies, covering the fields of Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East, will be published and continuously revised at regular intervals by Crossroads Press.
