To create a data bank and information retrieval system for Medieval scientific writings in manuscript. Project will computerize and make available to scholars the 14,000 description of manuscript contents recorded by Francis S. Benjamin. These manuscripts are largely scientific but many also contain treatises in various areas of the 7 liberal arts.
