General operating support for state or territorial humanities council

To support public program through grants to institutions and organizations, which relate the humanities and humanists to issues of broad public interest in New Hampshire. Last year's theme will be continued this year. Six regional humanist seminars will be conducted throughout the state as well as a humanist-in-residence program and a T.V. project.
