General operating support for state or territorial humanities council

To support public programs, through regrants to institutions and organizations, which relate the humanities to issues of public policy in Indiana. The committee intends to focus development on projects using topics which could be repeated in several sections of the state and on those which give special attention to remote locations, on innovative presentation and on summer programs.
