General operating support for state or territorial humanities council

The Colorado Humanities Committee has chosen as its current theme; "The Pursuit of Happiness; Competing Ends and Limited Means." The Committee plans to establish three permanent subcommittees for; 1) long range planning and program development, 2) project development and evaluation 3) local fund raising and congressional liaison. A series of TV programs based on grant projects in order to increase public awareness.
