Abstract: Issues of the turn-of-the-century Norwich Bulletin will be online by the end of the summer. The Connecticut State Library will use a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities to digitize 1910 to 1922 of the Bulletin and two defunct Bridgeport papers.
