The Philadelphia Museum of Art, in partnership with the Museo del Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico City, is organizing a landmark exhibition of modern Mexican art and the social, cultural, and intellectual factors that influenced its development during the course of nearly half a century. With the working title Mexican Modernism, 1910-1950, this ambitious exhibition will open in Fall 2016 in Philadelphia prior to traveling to additional venues in 2017. |
