These include paintings, sculpture, funerary objects, glass and bronze objects, coins, jewelry, ceramics, textiles, religious objects, weapons, metalwork, furniture, masks, and tools from around the world, dating from ancient times to the present.
NEH Preservation Assistance Grant funds will be used to purchase data loggers and other environmental monitoring equipment. The Everhart Museum recently completed a CAP project and that report's recommendations will guide the selection and placement of the equipment in storage areas and galleries located throughout the three-story museum structure. |
