The Ulysses S. Grant Association has published 30 volumes of The Papers of Ulysses S. Grant, with the thirty first volume in press at the Southern Illinois University Press. To complete the project successfully, we need to publish a supplementary volume including correspondence discovered since the publication of the chronological volumes, prepare a new edition of The Personal Memoirs of U.S. Grant, and prepare a digitized version of our volumes and an overall index. The Association needs NEH funds to support the managing editor's salary and archival researching. |
