The Rhode Island Council for the Humanities (RICH) seeks $69,570 in support from NEH/WE THE PEOPLE (WTP) for: a thematic regrants initiative, a film series in collaboration with RI PBS and the Office of Library Information Studies (OLIS), and speakers programs.
