Translation: A Program in Cultural Communication
To support implementation of an interdisciplinary undergraduate program using the process of translation -- from one time period, culture, or medium to another -- as a key to cultural understanding. Six team-taught courses and a seminar on Theory and Practice of Translation will be developed.
