To support preparation of a college-level course, a book and a collection of visual aides about the Russian Revolution. Workshops for 2-yr. college teachersare also offered.

To prepare a college-level course on the History of the Russian Revolution. The Revolution period, 1881-1921, will be discussed in terms of politics, warfare, and social, economic, intellectual, and psychological factors involved in the dissolution of the Imperial Regime and the consolidation of the Soviet Regime. Two one-week workshops for instructors from small and community-based colleges will be held.
