SOCIETY AND SOLITUDE; STUDIES IN PASTORAL
To examine the pastoral themes in Spanish literature as an imaginative vision which has serious comments to make about the relationship of the individual to his society. Seminar will examine works by Garalasco, Cervantes, Lope, Antonio Machado, and others.
