Preservation Assessment and Emergency Preparedness Planning for Special Collection and Archives
A preservation needs assessment of Special Collections and Archives at the St. John's College's Meem Library, which include rare books and archives that support the college's "Great Books" curriculum, and a workshop for the library staff on emergency preparedness, response, and recovery.
This grant proposes that Amigos' Imaging and Preservation Service provide a Site Survey/Preservation Management Consultation and a training workshop in emergency preparedness for St. Johns' College Meem Library. Both the site survey and training workshop will focus on paper materials in the Special Collection and Archives.
