General Preservation Assessment, Workshop, and Purchase of Preservation Materials
A preservation assessment, a training workshop, and the purchase of supplies for archives, manuscripts, photographs, maps, and oral history collections related to the history of Canton, Connecticut, from the 17th through the 20th century.
A consultant will conduct an on-site visit for a general preservation assessment of the local history collection of Canton Public Library, Canton, Connecticut, Her report will enable us to set priorities and establish a long-range plan for preservation. Following the survey and report, a half-day workshop will be held tailored to our specific needs. A flat file and preservation materials and supplies will be purchased.
