Preserving the Ella Sharp Textile Collection, Phase II, is a textile and artifact preservation project in which 216 Level I artifacts from the museum's permanent collection are to be placed into improved collections storage according to professional practices. Phase II is a continuation of last year's Phase I project, which was successfully funded by a NEH Preservation Assistance Grant and has been completed. Phase II addresses the preservation objectives outlined and recommended as part of the museum's 1993 CAP Survey. |
