Nuer Song Translations
To produce annotated translations of songs of the Nuer, an African people of the Sudan. International scholars have requested source material on the fast-disappearing oral tradition of the Nuer, who were the subject of intense investigation by the prominent British social anthropologist, E. Evans-Pritchard. Translation, consultant and editorial work must be completed before the work can be published.
