The Bill of Rights at Age 200, Exhibits, Lecture, Reading and Discussion Groups Commemorating the Bill of Rights Bic.
To support traveling exhibits, a series of lectures, and reading and discussion programs in 33 states and the Virgin Islands that will examine the Bill of Rights on the occasion of its bicentennial in 1991.
