Progressing Toward Best Practices through STEPS-IMA
The development of a series of organizational best practices training modules for museums across the state of Iowa.
The Iowa Museum Association will provide organizational best practices training, STEPS-IMA, in conjunction with the American Association for State and Local History. IMA will provide the AASLH STEPS curriculum utilizing a cohort and mentor-rich framework, which will assist small and mid-sized history organizations to meet basic, good, or better practices and grow in service to their communities.
