Title: Silenced History: La Pasionaria and a Map of Her Legacy

Abstract: This is a story map created by student in Dr. Bueno's San Antonio College Introduction to Mexican American Studies class taught at The Young Women's Leaderships Academy of San Antonio ISD. This is a modified version of their storymap (with person information removed) in which students shared research into the life of Emma Tenayuca and engaged with the spaces both they and she inhabited. Coming from the same community as Tenayuca, students represent part of her legacy.
