Abstract: Thirty minute programs created from the documents, photos, research and interviews conducted by the Fitchburg Historical Society, covering the history and culture of Fitchburg, Massachusetts. The first season included coverage of: a newly-digitized version of a 40-minute film created in Fitchburg in 1941; music composed for Fitchburg as part of the 2000 millennium celebration by contemporary composer Barbara White; artist and museum founder Eleanor Norcross and educational innovation in her times; theatrical sketches of important historic personages from Fitchburg; modernist architecture of the 20th century; the experiences of Fitchburg's "Boy Mayor" Bill Flynn in 1970-73.
