This Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (Plan) guides the actions of staff and volunteers in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from an emergency.

A risk assessment is a guiding document that should be completed annually or after any changes to the institution have been made. The information in this report should be used to identify mitigation and preparedness strategies to limit the impact to the institution during an emergency.
